Ramy Issac
As President and Founder of Issac & Stern, Mr. Issac is a Cum Laude graduate of Israel’s prestigious Technion, with dual degrees in Architecture and City Planning. He also holds an advanced degree of Master of Architecture from New York’s Pratt Institute. He is currently a registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.
Mr. Issac established Issac & Stern Architects in 1988. Since inception, Issac & Stern has designed, managed, and supervised a diversity of projects ranging from residential design and renovations to office buildings, churches, synagogues, restaurants, nightclubs, community centers, and retail establishments. Our extensive knowledge of NYC Zoning Codes, technical comprehension, and imagination is shown throughout our portfolio and is a testament to the expertise within our firm.
Beyond bringing imagination to design concepts, Issac & Stern seamlessly merges them with the functional wants and needs of the client. Our ability to harmonize the aesthetic with the pragmatic has distinguished us and continues to be the foundation of the firm’s mission.
Ralph Kowalczyk
Partner: Partner at Issac & Stern is a Cum Laude graduate of New York State University and Registered Architect in New York. Mr. Kowalczyk joined Issac & Stern Architects in 2007 and became Partner in 2017. Mr. Kowalczyk has worked on a wide array of projects, including high-rise mixed-use Residential, Commercial, and Office buildings as well as conversions.
